Help my family survive and regain hope.
My name is Marwa, I am 40 years old, and a mother of six. I am trying to protect my children and maintain hope during the most difficult period of our lives. Because of the war, I lost my husband, my home, my source of income, and everything I owned.
Today, I am the sole provider for my children, and although food is available in the markets, I sometimes find myself unable to buy anything, simply because I have no money and the prices are so high.
My children ask for the simplest things—food, warmth, and a normal life. It breaks my heart that I can't always provide for them. I feel helpless when I look into my children's eyes and can't meet their most basic needs.
We're not asking for luxuries. We're simply asking for help to secure essential needs like shelter, work, food, clothing, and daily expenses. The war didn't just take our homes; it took away our sense of security. Every donation, no matter how small, means safety, food on the table, and hope for my children.

Why do we need consistent support?
Prices in Gaza are incredibly inflated due to the lack of supply as well as the fact that the products are mostly sold by gangs who are hoping to make as much profit as they can, uncaring of the damage they are doing to their own people. It is difficult to find supplies in the first place, and once you have they are extraordinarily expensive. There is not nearly enough aid and it is often impossible to get food at any free aid sites, so they have no other option but to buy these expensive items that are often in very bad condition.

why this is so important to meMarrwa has become a sister to me over the time we have known each other. Oceans apart, I still have found one of the kindest friends I could imagine. Any help you can give to her is going to someone with an incredible heart, who loves her daughters and is persevering despite truly horrible circumstances. Her children are such sweet girls and they all deserve the same opportunities as any child anywhere else in the world, but at the very least we can help keep them fed and sheltered.
