I have been making art since the moment I gained fine motor skills. As a child I painted, sketched, wrote and illustrated my own stories, made sculptures, sewed my own dolls...and as I grew up I did all I could to nurture that passion. Now, in my 30s, I am still pulled constantly to create art, and to continue to learn and develop my love and skill. 

I also believe art is political, and mine is specifically in the sense that my politics, and my worldview, is based on the idea of compassion and care for both nature and each other. We have been gifted the honor to live on and be part of such a beautiful planet in a beautiful universe, and that is why you will see nature framing and fueling all of my art. There is nothing more powerful or primal than the Earth herself, after all.
